What kind of shoes do I use ?
Good one because I want to look after my knees and my back.
Which brands do I like?
I have been running for more than 15 years, so I try and use a lot of different shoes.
I test a lot of models and brands (Reebok, Adidas, Nike, Puma, ...)
And what do you have for the moment ?
I've the latest Lunarglide by Nike.
I'm happy with them but there are new shoes on the market so let's review this in few months time.
